No repair too small, time and fitting of parts is free.

Wheels – tyres pumped up, punctures fixed, tyres replaced, buckled rims fixed

Gears – chains lubricated, chains replaced, gears adjusted, cables replaced

Wheels – tyres pumped up, punctures fixed, tyres replaced, buckled rims fixed

Brakes - lubricated, brake pads / discs adjusted, cables replaced

Bearings - wheel hubs, headset, pedals and bottom bracket fixed

Do I need to book?

No, just pop-in to the workshop for a while-you-wait repair or collect your bicycle later

I'm not sure what the problem is?

No problem, no job is too small, even just pumping up the tyres

Do you have any replacement parts?

Yes, and you only pay the cost, no mark-up price

Can I bring in parts to be fitted?

Yes, and they’re fitted for free

Where is the workshop?

How long will it take?

Anything from a few minutes to an hour

How can the repairs be free?

This is a not-for-profit enterprise, operated by an unpaid volunteer, for the cycling community

I’d like to give something?

Bring your unwanted bicycle and we’ll re-use the parts for other customers, or you can pay-it-forward for other customers, nothing goes to Free Bicycle Repairs

Can I bring in an e bike?

We can do all the mechanical repairs but not the electrical motor, controller, battery
